Moonchild links with Robert Glasper and D Smoke for “Up From Here,” slated for their forthcoming album, Waves. The lyric video is a jam session of kindred spirits at work in front of a lavender background. It was four years ago when they released Starfruit, which had their stellar “Tell Him” collaboration with Lalah Hathaway. They have worked together again on “For Yourself,” which is also on Waves. Jill Scott, Rapsody, and Chris Dave are on also on their list of collaborators.The album will drop on February 20th and the tour starts in March.
