Viola Davis, Julius Tennon and Debra Martin Chase are producing a courtroom drama based on Detroit’s Wayne County prosecutor Kym Worthy. Conviction will air on ABC and focus on Worthy’s career that has made her famous from high-profile cases like the death of Malice Green while in police custody and former mayor Kwame Kilpatrick. There is no word on who might take the role of Worthy.
