Robert Wilson the bass guitar player of the The Gap Band died of a massive heart attack at his home in Tulsa, OK. Robert along with his brothers Charlie and Ronnie founded The Gap Band in 1967. He was known as “The Godfather Of The Bass Guitar” and he gave a final interview last week with Tulsa World.
