Thundercat’s “Dragonball Durag” gets a remix with rappers Smino and Guapdad. Their addition to the funk adds another layer of humor to the ode to the powerful head covering. Thundercat’s It Is What It Is, released earlier this year is proving to be music to get through the pandemic. The video for “Dragonball Durag” debuted right after the album and just before the quarantine. Thundercat has become the first artist to elevate the status of durag and give it magical abilities.
