Eric B. & Rakim Will Celebrate 30th Anniversary Of Paid In Full With Reunion Concert

Thirty years ago Eric B. and Rakim released their seminal Paid In Full album. The recording was one of the first to bring the New York City street aesthetic to the world. Rakim revealed himself to be one of the few rappers to have immediate “God” status because of the cool delivery of his scientific but soulful rhymes. Paid In Full is one of the cornerstones of the Golden Era and it still inspires and moves the crowd. The duo is going to have a reunion show at the Apollo on July 7th, the exact release date three decades ago. They talked about the reunion show on the Ebro In The Morning Show and also offered their respect to Prodigy.
