Pharoahe Monch’s “Broken Again” is anomaly about depression and alcoholism in the midst of a rap culture with a large contingent of bottle poppers. It is the first video from PTSD, which unapologetically addresses mental health and his own personal struggles to stay sane.

Pharoahe Monch will release his fourth album P.T.S.D. (Post Traumatic Stress Disorder) on April 15th. Monch is tackling drug addiction, American gun violence and the struggles of ghetto life on the album that has features from Black Thought, Vernon Reid, Talib Kweli and Denaun Porter.
