Look Inside Oddisee’s Tiny Desk At Home Concert

Oddisee returns to NPR’s Tiny Desk concert series but this time it’s at home. He first performed for the platform five years ago but now he is back with an at-home show inspired by his Odd Cure EP and COVID-19. He said he wrote the EP during eight weeks of isolation from March to May. His Good Company bandmembers drummer Jon Laine, DJ Unown on the MPC, bass player Dennis Turner and keyboardist and vocalist Ralph Washington are with him on location. Guitarist Olivier St. Louis, guitarist Saint Ezekiel and vocalist Priya Ragu join remotely from Berlin, Philadelphia and Switzerland. Oddisee and the band perform a five-song 20-minute set of songs exclusively from Odd Cure.

Imperial & K.I.N.E.T.I.K.-Travel The Map Featuring Oddisee

Imperial and K.I.N.E.T.I.K. have a jazzy new song about taking long-distance journeys called “Travel The Map.” Oddisee is featured on the track that has been remixed by UK producer Micall Parknsun. The light touch of the piano and the overall airiness of the track automatically brings to mind travel by plane. “Travel The Map” is available on all platforms.
