Eternia and Mr. Lif share the history of their romance on “The Story Of Us.” Rel McCoy produced the calming beats and Eliki provides the backing vocals. The song is from Eternia and Rel McCoy’s FREE album coming out next week. Mr. Lif and Eternia reflect back on their lives up until the day they met and eventually became a married couple. Their collaboration is rare one as most rappers still don’t rap about love and most duets are character enactments. The relaxed ambiance is a reminder that hip-hop is still a place to talk about love.

North Carolina producer L’Orange and Mr. Lif announced their collaboration album, The Life & Death Of Scenery, today. “Strange Technology” is the first publicly shared sound from the project and the song includes Mr. Lif’s fellow Perceptionists member Akrobatik and San Diego artist Gonjasufi. The Life & Death Of Scenery comes out digitally on October 7th via Adult Swim and Mello Music Group will release physical copies on October 14th.
