Kelela Announces Winter Tour Dates

Kelela is starting 2018 with a Winter tour of dates around the world. The singer had a breakout year in 2017 with her critically acclaimed debut Take Me Apart. She is touring Australia, the East Coast and will play the Governor’s Ball in New York and take the stage at Coachella.

Kelela & Bok Bok Share Dub Me Apart Mix

Kelela has collaborated with Night Slugs label head Bok Bok on the 25-minute Dub Me Apart mix. Club versions of “Truth Or Dare” and “Bluff” from her Take Me Apart debut are included in the mix with beats from Terror Danjah, Steve Gurley and more. Dub Me Apart is available exclusively on Kelela’s Soundcloud. The artist is currently touring the United States and will unveil her film ALL IT TOOK Sunday at the New Museum’s Sky Room in New York.

Kelela Unveils Video For Blue Light

[youtube id=”Wjq7x2d_s1w”] Kelela adds another video to her Take Me Apart debut album with the Helmi-directed visual for “Blue Light.” The locsÂ in her hair take on a life of their own as her shimmering skin and placid gaze command the camera. On November 12th, Kelela will host the premiere of her short film ALL IT TOOK at the New Museum in New York and tickets can be purchased here. Kelela is currently on a tour of the United States.
