BLVCK SPVDE: Hopeless And Romanticizing (EP Stream)

BLVCK SPVDE has left his rap persona behind for the moment to release the R&B EP Hopeless And Romanticizing. The St. Louis native formerly known as Black Spade recently told the St. Louis Post-Dispatch that “singing is more spiritual” for him and how important it is for him to master the R&B genre. Fans are familiar with his work as one-half of Hawthorne Headhunters with Coultrain. Hopeless And Romanticizing is the beginning of his next musical terrain and there are plans for a proper full-length titled BLVCK SPVDE and the Svmthngz-N-Nvthngz Sessions in the future.

Coultrain and Waajeed’s “She’s A Hustler” seems to be taking direction from Norman Whitfield and Quincy Jones. You can download their output twice a month when you subscribe to their Bling 47 newsletter.
