Singer/songwriter/musician/producer Chris Rob is currently promoting his new album, Sound Of Da Struggle. Rob’s 2003 debut album, The Official Bootleg, Of Chris Rob Volume 1 revealed him to be an important and rising voice in R&B. He has spent years behind the scenes starting with his piano playing on Kanye West’s “Can’t Tell Me Nothin’.” Meshell Ndegeocello personally contacted him after becoming a fan of his first project. Since then he has appeared in John Legend’s video for “So High” and opened  for and been a band member for several  artists including Prince, Elton John, The Roots, Snoop Dogg and Jill Scott. “She’s On The Move” is his current single from Sound Of Da Struggle and it celebrates the independent woman. The full-length album has a guest appearance from Talib Kweli and many more.
