Lee Hawkins at the Wall Street Journal interviewed Chris Lighty’s business partner Blue Williams about Lighty’s tragic passing. Mr. Williams speaks about Mr. Lighty’s talents and the pressures that come with being a successful manager in the music industry. He also notes the importance of Black industry men being able to let go of the alpha male image that hip-hop promotes and seek help for their troubles as he did with therapy.
