M.O.P.’s Billy Danze Spearheads “Rap United Nations” (RUN) Movement

Billy Danze of M.O.P. has started RUN (Rap United Nations) to help unsigned artists meet their goals. Danze explains, “As an artist I understand the frustration. There are so many artists out there that possess the talent of being able to produce and record good music. They are determined; they have the drive and dedication, but feel as if no one notices. I’ve seen and heard what’s out there from an artistic level. These artists need to be heard and have a united voice. I am very passionate about giving them that opportunity and will do anything in my power to help those that really want to win.” RUN will collect artists globally and create projects to broadcast their talent. There are two leaks available for download from the first project, First Wave.

Billy Danze of M.O.P. Announces WeBuildHits.com

M.O.P. just dropped their Sparta album with the Snowgoons yesterday but Billy Danze is also promoting his WeBuildHits.com site. The site, which boasts 1,000 members is designed to be a bridge between artists and industry tastemakers like Pete Rock and Easy Mo Bee. As Danze puts it, “WeBuildHits.com has been created with one simple premise in mind, to uphold the promise of every established artists/producer/music industry executive who’s ever said ‘I’m gonna put you on.” Members can post their music, have access to messageboards and established producers for differing levels of membership.
