MC Lyte’s Partners In Rhyme Streaming Now

MC Lyte has a new sitcom on the ALLBLK network called Partners In Rhyme. The hip-hop legend plays a character named Lana Crawford whose life is very similar to her own. Lana Crawford is a successful Gen X rapper who is no longer a priority to her recording company. The label offers her the job of mentoring an up and coming rapper named Luscious T who happens to be Crawford’s neice. Actress Precious Way is Gen Z rapper Luscious T and the show focuses on the challenges they encounter trying to make T a star. Richard Lawson has the role of T’s father. MC Lyte is also an executive producer along with Bentley Kyle Evans. The show is streaming exclusively on the AMC Network’s ALLBLK TV.
