Alicia Keys Shares December Back 2 June From Holiday Album
Alicia Keys reveals the first audio glimpse of her holiday album with the single “December Back 2 June.” Keys celebrates the season with an obvious Jackson 5 influence with plenty of soulful cheer. [youtube id=”XDCXT7C7lnk”] Alicia Keys and Khalid have collaborated on her newest single “So Done.” In the video, directed by Andy Hines and starring Sasha Lane, the singers perform at a prom that turns into chaos. “So Done” will appear on Keys’ seventh studio album ALICIA. Erykah Badu, Alicia Keys & Michael Stipe Join Kavanaugh Protest
Erykah Badu, Alicia Keys and Michael Stipe have joined the lineup of artists to attend the Bravery Is Contagious March this Thursday in Washington D.C. to protest the potential nomination of Brett Kavanaugh to the Supreme Court. Last week America watched Kavanaugh defend himself before the Senate Judiciary Committee after being accused of sexual assault by multiple women including Dr. Christine Blasey-Ford.
The event is being organized by Party Majority PAC and it is not clear if there will actually be a concert. The official site for the event states that a vote on Kavanaugh’s nomination is expected by Friday. There is also a list of senator’s telephone numbers for citizens to call and voice their displeasure. The site also has a message encouraging people to walk out wherever they are to protest and show solidarity with all.Â
