[youtube id=”vO2Su3erRIA”] Â A Tribe Called Quest deliver their message in a vintage media room with Busta Rhymes and Consequence in the “We The People” video. Phife Dawg’s painted image on a building raps his verses as multiple scenes of people’s protests move across the screen.
A Tribe Called Quest released 29 seconds of their video for “We The People” and it’s Q-Tip surrounded by various microphones and young people around New York City setting up speakers on rooftops. The people’s voices will be heard from Q-Tip across the generations. There is no date for the release of the full video.

Last night A Tribe Called Quest gave epic performances of “We The People” and “The Space Program” on Saturday Night Live. Busta Rhymes and Consequence joined them for the latter. Phife Dawg was honored with a tapestry that fell from the ceiling with his photo imprinted on it. Dave Chappelle was the host and he participated in most of the skits even bringing back some of the characters from his TV show.
