Chelsi Lauren Shares Dancehall-Inspired Single No Other

Nissi Returns With TwoBadGuyz-Produced Singe Undercover

“‘Undercover’ really is just a vibe. We recorded it the very first we met. TwoBadGuyz was playing me some draft instrumentals he was working on, and once I heard this one, I literally started freestyling onto it. The song lyrics really talk about the thrill of doing something that isn’t necessarily right, but feels like it is, so you do it anyway. The boisterous production definitely demanded this kind of daring and free songwriting from me.”

the third single to leak before the release of her debut EP The Virus. coming out this fall.

Jubilee Starts Party With Video For Wine Up

[youtube id=”wkJ4NDVUee8″]  Jubilee released her After Hours debut album late last year and now she has a video for dancehall-influenced “Wine-Up.” It’s a party atmosphere featuring Bronx dancehall artist Hoodcelebrityy and two dancers moving around Brooklyn. She explains the inspiration for the video:

Wine Up” is a song that I made specifically to have fun and dance to, which I think we all need in these times, so the video had to show that. But that was easy because I was working with Crackstevens and Hoodcelebrityy. Hood is always inspiring because she is a star and her presence alone is captivating. Her delivery is always flawless and she was born to be on a stage and on a screen, so between her, having 3 talented NY dancers, and a director whose videos I love, my wishes of fun were granted. I hope you enjoy it!”
