Watch Chaka Khan save the world as “Chakzilla.” The vocal legend collaborated with Sia, who co-wrote the title track from her forthcoming album. Khan was a Godzilla fan growing up, and together they came up with the title. The monster was always a force of destruction as a metaphor for nuclear power, but Khan portrays a benevolent force. She told PEOPLE magazine about Chakzilla’s purpose. “I’m trying to fix and help a lot of people who are having a really hard time in this world today. She also revealed that the whole album will have a dance and pop sound. There’s lots of madness going on.” Greg Kurstin, known for his work with Adele, among others, produced the single. Chakzilla, the album, comes out September 18th.
