NEW YORK, NY — Jai’Len Josey has officially signed with WME for global representation ahead of her debut album, Serial Romantic.” The partnership arrives as Josey prepares for the April 24 release of her highly anticipated major-label debut, Serial Romantic, via Def Jam Recordings.

An Atlanta native whose artistry is rooted in a multidisciplinary background, Josey first honed her craft on Broadway, starring as “Pearl” in The SpongeBob Musical: Live on Stage! before signing a publishing deal with Sony Music Publishing. She transitioned into a recording artist with her 2020 independent release, the Illustrations EP, and has continued to evolve her sound since signing with Def Jam in 2023, most notably with the Southern Delicacy EP.

Beyond her own performances, Josey has become a prolific force in the industry, having penned the platinum-certified hit “Pressure” for Ari Lennox and contributing to projects for SZA, Babyface, MC Lyte, Wyclef Jean, Rod Wave, Coco Jones, Xavier Omar, LAYA, and more.

The upcoming album, executive produced by five-time GRAMMY® winner and 2026 Songwriter Hall of Fame inductee Tricky Stewart, features an elite lineup of collaborators, including The Dream, Leon Thomas, and Theron Thomas. The project explores modern relationships through a blend of nostalgic R&B and contemporary production, fueled by the momentum of recent singles such as “Won’t Force You,” “Freak,” and “New Girl.”

With WME now overseeing her global representation, Josey is poised to expand her reach into live performance and cross-platform storytelling. “I’m truly grateful and beyond excited to be working with the WME team on bringing this tour to life,” Josey shared. “There’s so much passion behind what we’re building, and I can’t wait to share these moments with new audiences.”

Serial Romantic arrives on all streaming platforms April 24 via Def Jam Recordings.
