Atlanta brothers Hero The Band starts 2026 strong with a performance of “Drugs” for The Lyrical Parlor. The song about addiction is a firm rock and roll statement with trap rhythms blended into the haze of guitars. They serve up the raw truth of substances taking over your life when Goku Love sings, “I don’t love the drugs; drugs love me.” Those words reveal the ways intoxicants can consume the soul like a jealous lover who won’t leave you alone. “Drugs” is on their Anatomy: Part 1 album released at the end of 2025.
