Brooklyn singer-songwriter Johnny Burgos connects with longtime collaborator Liza Colby to cover Neil Young’s “Old Man.” Burgos and Colby handle Young’s folk-rock classic from the ’70s with a soulful touch. The duo’s work chemistry has grown since they were a team on Burgos’ Homecookin EP released in 2021. The artist’s Gone Into Grey debut album also emerged in 2021 and became a conversation piece for music critics. “Old Man” will be on his sophomore album, All I Ever Wonder.
