Ravyn Lenae announces her sophomore album, Bird’s Eye, and delivers the singles “Love Is Blind” and “Love Me Not.” Dahi, known for his work with Kendrick Lamar and SZA, executive-produced Bird’s Eye. Lenae’s return comes with music about relationships. “Love Is Blind” is about the regret of a past relationship and “Love Me Not” describes the push and pull of desiring someone but rejecting dependence. Lenae directed the video for “Love Me Not” and explained the scope of Bird’s Eye in a press release.

“‘Bird’s Eye’” signifies returning to a place of self-trust and unbending intuition while acknowledging the paths and turns I’ve taken to get here. Revisiting the most basic parts of my identity has allowed me to fully embrace them and be proud of where I’m going.”

Lenae’s debut album HYPNOS came out in 2022 and was driven by her Steve Lacy collaboration “Skin Tight.”  Bird’s Eye is scheduled to be released on August 9th.
