The Carr Center will celebrate International Jazz Day and Jazz Appreciation Month with the To Stevie With Love webcast concert on Saturday, April 30th at 7:30PM in partnership with Jazzcorner.com. The concert is inspired by New York’s jazz scene and NEA jazz master, drummer, composer and recording artist Terri Lyne Carrington is the musical director. The three-time Grammy winner is also the artistic director of the center. The concert will feature arrangements from pianist Kevin Harris and harmonica player Grégoire Maret and vocalist Michael Mayo, keyboardist Frank McComb, guitarist Keyanna Hutchinson and Stevie Wonder’s touring trumpet player Dwight Adams perform in the concert.

The music and genius of Stevie Wonder cross genres and borders all over the world. We are honored to celebrate such a historically significant artist and present a group of world-class musicians, of whom many have performed with him on recordings and concerts for decades.”
