Moonchild is back with the first sound of their fourth album Starfruit. “Too Good” celebrates an ideal love in their jazz-crossed melodic soul. Vocalist Amber Narvan’s whispery tone is the calm needed in a chaotic world. The new collection is named after the sweet Asian fruit that has the five points of a star. “Too Good” is the audible embodiment of love’s confection. The band’s chilled-out R&B has been cruising in its own lane with sold-out shows since their 2015 debut. Starfruit will be released in early 2022 but can be pre-ordered now as well as the band’s latest merchandise.Â
