Nigerian Afrobeats star Mr Eazi reunites with reggaeton singer J Balvin for “Lento.” Producer Killertunes help craft the steamy late-night vibe with both artists who trade lyrics in Spanish, English and Yoruba. It is their third collaboration as they previously worked on “Como Un Bebé” from Balvin’s 2019 Oasis album with Bad Bunny. Their Grammy-winning “Arcóris” from Balvin’s Colores was their second time making music together. “Lento” which means slowly, is a stress reducer needed right now in the midst of all the COVID-19 related challenges facing the world. The duo found a way to bring some level of calm with their new song. Mr Eazi will be releasing his Something Else EP at the beginning of 2021.Â
