Murs and Slug return after an 11-year hiatus with their fourth album as Felt. Felt 4 U is the new project that came as a surprise to fans today. The duo was last heard from in 2005 when they released Felt 3: A Tribute To Rosie Perez. Slug’s partner Ant from Atmosphere exclusively produced Felt 4 U. The presence of Blimes, The Grouch, Aesop Rock and Shepherd Albertson is the first time a Felt album has had guest appearances. Ant’s production is heavy on funk and soul influences and Murs and Slug have stories about their everyday lives and observations of the world.
