He begins with “Thinking Of You” which was written for his mother the late actress Roxie Roker. Guitarists Craig Ross and Yianni Giannakopoulos join Kravitz for the three-song set. The trio transports the viewers into their tropical Shangri-la. Kravitz’s memoir Let Love Rule, which is also the title of his debut album, is coming out in the fall. David Ritz and Kravitz co-wrote the book that looks at the first 25 years of the rocker’s life. It is the story of how he found himself in music after personal struggles in his childhood. There will also be an audiobook version narrated by Kravitz.
