Philadelphia rapper and model Chynna Rogers died yesterday at the age of 25 from an accidental drug overdose. Rogers signed with the Ford modeling agency when she was 14. She soon fulfilled her rap aspiration and started working with late producer A$AP Yams. The meeting led to several collaborations and performances with ASAP Mob. As a solo artist, she released three EPs, including I’m Not Here, This Isn’t Happening and Music 2 Die 2. She became popular online with the release of her single “Glen Coco.” The young rapper talked about her addiction to drugs with Pitchfork in 2018. She eventually went to rehab and recovered.
