Producer Knxwledge shares two songs “Don’t Be Afraid” and “[BC] TM’s Not Promised” from his forthcoming album 1988. The name of the new album references the year that the project was created. Knxwledge was an infant and managed to crawl to family member’s vintage SP-12 and make his first beats. Those productions were saved on floppy disks through the years and were used in the making of 1988. Both songs are accompanied by a visualizer created by Rhymezlikedimez. This weekend he will be opening two shows for Thundercat in California. 1988 will be released March 27th with a deluxe vinyl edition and the main album will be boxed with a 10-inch EP and 7-inch single. The additional records will contain new music that will not be released through digital platforms.Â
