Freddie Gibbs and Madlib will see the instrumental version of their Bandana album come out later this month. The follow-up to their Piñata album from 2014 was one of the best releases of 2019. The announcement for the instrumental-laden Bandana Beats is also accompanied by the introduction of two pale lagers. The duo has collaborated with Brooklyn brewery Interboro Spirits & Ales and Los Angeles brewery Mumford Brewery to create the new drinks. The album and the pilsners will be released on January 31st via rappcats and select stores and breweries. They will be back on the road this year with upcoming performances at Coachella and the Primavera Sound Festival in Spain.
