[youtube id=”BJDMSctOnQY”]Sudan Archives’ is getting ready for the release of her Athena album by dropping the video for “Glorious.” The violinist and vocalist has lots of activity in the clip with her image being multiplied in most of the scenes. There is a brief interlude with rapper D-Eight sharing his verses and then the focus is back on Archives. The artist, who is a native of Ohio, has used her inspiration from Northeast African fiddlers to create a sound blended from electronic beats, R&B and hip-hop. Athena is her sophomore album and it comes out November 1st.Â
