Billy Porter Has New Single Love Yourself Produced By D.Smith

Broadway and television star Billy Porter has collaborated with producer D. Smith on a new song called “Love Yourself.” Porter, who is one of the stars of FX’s Pose, wanted to send a message to his community during Pride month. 

“I’m thrilled to be spreading the message of self-love to my community whose humanity and worth have been up for legislation for way too long. On this 50th anniversary of Stonewall, I’m proud to unite with my LGBTQ brothers & sisters to remind the world that we’re here and we ain’t goin’ nowhere. Love always wins!”

Grammy-winning transgender producer D.Smith is known for her appearances on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta and working on Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter III and many others including Andre 3000, Janelle Monáe and Keri Hilson. 

Porter is co-hosting the telecast of New York City’s Pride march on ABC and will be one of the Grand Marshalls with his Pose co-stars.
