Kanye West declined to perform after organizers would not fulfill his request for a customized stage. Janelle Monáe, Wiz Khalifa and anderson.paak are among the artists scheduled to give on a show during the three-day weekend in April. Beyoncé’s 2018 show that was inspired by historically Black colleges and universities dominated the festival last year. Tickets for this year’s annual event go on sale Friday.Â
