Cindy Herron-Braggs and Terry Ellis and Rhona Bennett are upholding the En Vogue brand as trio minus Dawn Robinson and Maxine Jones. “Reach 4 Me” is the second single from Electric Café and it is an uptempo declaration of romantic love. They started 2018 with a tour of Europe and now they are back home in the states and will be on the road until the end of the year.Â
