Erykah Badu graced NPR’s office today and gave a Tiny Desk concert. The two-song performance of “Rimshot” and “Green Eyes” incorporated a lot of jazz instrumentation giving the cozy space the vibe of a late-night club. The show revealed the brilliance of her band and their melodious cohesion. Badu’s touring calendar is busy for the rest of the year and she will perform at Afropunk Brooklyn in two weeks.Â
