Chicago singer-songwriter Appleby drops “Lady Sunshine” ahead of his forthcoming +Happiness EP. Appleby expresses contentment from being in love with his gentle vocals accompanied by meandering guitars. In 2015, Appleby became an underground artist to watch when he released the “Spit On Me” a pop and hip-hop influenced moment that left listeners feeling haunted and intrigued by Appleby’s debut. His seven-song EP +Happiness is his first since the Down Dance project from 2016. The new EP comes out July 20th on the Haight Brand imprint. Â
