Junglepussy is inching closer to the release of her next album later this year but today she shares her new single “Showers.” Frequent collaborator producer Shy Guy returns and the Brooklyn rapper also has support from her three-year-old cousin. “Showers” is a low-pressure jam with an acoustic guitar and Junglepussy’s humorous lyrics about getting into the shower fully-clothed at its core.Â
The new album is not Junglepussy’s only venture this year. She made her debut as an actress in the Andrew Bujalski film Support The Girls alongside Regina Hall and Haley Lu Richardson. The movie screened last week at the South By Southwest Film Festival and will be seen in theaters this year.Â
