Jay Electronica is starting 2018 with a tour of North America. The rapper who has been low-key released the single “Falcon” in 2017. Fans have been waiting for Act II: Patents Of Nobility (The Turn) for years. Jay-Z encouraged him to release the album last year. The tour will start February 1st in Chicago.
