[youtube id=”jhMHmYrJBqw”] Nile Rodgers has been in the music business for four decades and has had success as an artist, producer and writer. His band Chic sold millions of records and provided a seminal influence on dance music and hip-hop. Rodgers’ work on some of the biggest albums of the ’80s including Madonna’s Like A Virgin and David Bowie’s Let’s Dance were defining moments of the era. The collaboration with Daft Punk and Pharrell on the 2013 single “Get Lucky” earned him a Grammy and he was inducted into The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame this year. After so many accomplishments he is offering his advice on how to succeed in the music business for the BBC Four in three episodes and the first one will air on October 6th.
