Aisha Hinds Snares Role In Godzilla: King Of The Monsters

Aisha Hinds has signed up to play a co-starring role in the Legendary/Warner Brothers sequel Godzilla: King Of The Monsters. Michael Dougherty is the director of the film that is scheduled for a March 2019 release.

Hinds joins O’Shea Jackson Jr., Vera Farmiga, Kyle Chandler, Ken Watanabe and Millie Bobby Brown. Dougherty and Zach Shields co-wrote the screenplay but the plot of the movie has not been revealed.

The actress has been receiving praise for her role as Harriet Tubman on WGN’s Underground and recently made television history by having a whole episode dedicated to her monologue. She is also appearing as Pastor Janae James on the Fox TV show Shots Fired. Hinds is repped by Greene & Associates Talent Agency and attorney Jeffrey Bernstein.
