Andy Suzuki and The Method are getting ready for the release of their third album, The Glass Hour. “Overtime” is an atmospheric soul/pop single about the emotional expenses of a relationship. Brooklyn-based musicians Andy Suzuki and Kozza Olatunji-Babumba have been making music together as Andy Suzuki and The Method for a few years. The Glass Hour is their most ambitious release so far and it has the benefit of L.A. producer Juny Mag.

Suzuki had this to say about “Overtime,” At some point, everyone feels like they are pulling all the weight in the relationship. Working at the relationship way harder than they should be. Sometimes it’s you. Sometimes it’s your partner. And when both people feel like that at the same time, all bets are off. This song is about that feeling and was written during one of those ‘I’m done with this’ moments.

The Glass Hour will be released on February 2nd and the band will go on tour February 10th.
