Nissi emerged recently released her “Pay Attention” single to praise and now she has returned with the relationship-oriented “Criminal.” She has worked with producer Cornel Sorian in the past and they have met again for “Criminal” which will be included on her forthcoming Downtown EP. As for the inspiration behind “Criminal” she says:
“Having conversations with my friends, about how, even though they were in relationships, they have met other people they just had to talk to. Attraction is definitely one experience we have all gone through. This song captures that feeling of wanting something or someone that can make you commit a little crime, just to get your way.“Â
