Washington, D.C. rapper SmCity is releasing his New History EP on September 9th which will be exclusively produced by Cookin’ Soul. “Kerry Washington” is the first leak from the project and it features Nitty Scott MC and Adam E. SmCity uses the Scandal actress as the prototype for his ideal woman.
