She wrote, sang and produced the mystically funky six-song project and “Thriller (Game Healer)” now has a video directed by Tiona McClodden. SassyBlack sings while walking down the street and images of Black icons like Rosetta Tharpe and Malcolm X are blended into the frame. It’s been a busy year for her with the release of THEESatisfaction’s EarthEE, her Personal Sunlight album and she’s also working on her upcoming No More Lame Dates EP.
