DJ Blade and DJ MozArt are an Italian electronic duo that became Jestofunk in 1990. Music publications described their sound as Acid Jazz but their 1991 release of “I Wanna Love You” was a successful house single. Love In A Black Dimension from ’92 is their first album and it featured a collaboration with vocalist CeCe Rogers for a popular cover of “The Ghetto.” Their ’98 album Universal Mother was another underground success for them thanks to the song “Special Love” that features Jocelyn Brown. Seventy Miles From Philadelphia released in 2003 is their last studio album.
