Alison Crockett-Come Back As A Flower Feat. Ursula Rucker

Singer-songwriter Alison Crockett is back with her new album Mommy What’s A Depression that was released yesterday and is available on iTunes and the Japanese site Cluberria. “Come Back As A Flower” is a too-short snippet, featuring Ursula Rucker, about the value of gardening in Crockett’s life and it’s also influenced by Stevie Wonder’s Secret Life Of Plants. You can hear a few other song segments on her Soundcloud page but Crockett has proven to be consistent in her jazz-soul offerings since she debuted back in 2004 with On Becoming A Woman.
