Steve Zegans starting following Philly soul/rock/pop artist Res around in 2010 and was able to capture her struggles to survive as a genre-blending not easy to type Black woman artist in the music industry. Res is hosting an event at The Shrine in Chicago this week and she’s been touring the Idle Warship album.
