The Real Frequency is a four-man team from Toronto who used to run the area’s biggest hip-hop show of the same name.The show ended this year because of the sale of the station but the guys decided to keep the spirt of it alive with The New North compilation. The CD consists of a variety of singers, rappers, DJs and producers including Ayah who is currently shining on her collaborative Back For More project with DJ Jazzy Jeff. “Burn” is the single from the rapper Tona and in the clip above he discusses the Canadian hip-hop scene.
