Luciano Ninzatti, Stefano Pulga and Matteo Bonsanto were the italo-disco production team named Kano. “I’m Ready” was their debut single from their first eponymous album. The song became an essential track for B-boys and B-girls as well as dance club crowds. “It’s A War,” “Now Baby Now” and “Cosmic Voyager” were the other conspicuous songs from the album. They recorded and released New York Cake in 1981 that featured “Don’t Try To Stop Me” and “Can’t Hold Back” which had the addition of Caribbean singer Glen White. Another Life emerged in 1983 and it would be their last album which produced the title track and “I Need Love.”
