SA-RA Creative Partners Sign New Management Team, Barrett LaRoda and Jeff Dyson

Los Angeles – Anyone who has followed the musical antics of the three men composing The SA-RA Creative Partnersâ„¢ (SRCPâ„¢) (, know that nothing they do is regular, normal or boring. From Taz Arnold’s fashion collaborations with Kanye West and luxe brand MCM, to Shafiq Husayn’s own upcoming solo effort, “Shafiq En’ A-Free-Ka” to Om’Mas Keith’s writing and producing for P. Diddy and appearing as a judge on his next MTV series “Making his Band”, or the collective’s wildly acclaimed productions & contributions on seven tracks from Erykah Badu’s “New Amerykah” these guys keep it funky!

In preparation of their highly anticipated summer release, “Nuclear Evolution: The Age of Love” on Ubiquity Records, the group and their SA-RA Family of Companiesâ„¢ have signed with the Joint Management Venture between licensing guru Barrett LaRoda, CEO of the LaRoda Group and veteran manager Jeff Dyson, CEO of Two Dads Entertainment, Inc.

LaRoda, who just licensed a deal for Gladys Knight’s new jewelry line, has been consistently blazing a trail within entertainment circles as a savvy deal maker, producer and executive producer. From the success of the Annual Plymouth Jazz Festival Tobago, with headliners the likes of Sting, Rod Stewart and Shakira and the Annual THISDAY Music Festival, one of the biggest and most successful concerts ever held on the continent of Africa with headliners Jay Z, Usher and Mary J. Blige, in Abuja and Lagos, Nigeria, LaRoda is one of the industry’s ‘behind the scenes’ best kept secrets. His LaRoda Group, based in Los Angeles, CA, is a licensing, branding and intellectual properties company, and partners in Sammy Davis, Jr. Enterprises, Inc.

Dyson, an accomplished screen and television writer and former Warner Bros. Record’s consultant, was a co-manager to Usher and New Edition’s long-time tour manager. He is currently consultant to R&B balladeer Johnny Gill and a producing partner for an untitled Bobby Brown television project.

The new management teams plans to provide a cohesive stream to the various projects and escapades of SA-RA. In addition to the new CD, tour dates are being negotiated as well as a merchandising product line in development.

Not unlike their predecessor, musical mystic Sun Ra, The SA-RA Creative Partners create a surreal sound that is an infinite potpourri blending Hip Hop with earthy renditions of soul, pop, funk and cosmic jazz. Eclectic and next-level, “Nuclear Evolution: The Age of Love” is the forefront to the sound of the future. Collectively & individually SRCP have collaborated on projects with John Legend, Pharoahe Monche, Andre 3000, Black Eyed Peas, Talib Kweli, Jay-Z, Herbie Hancock, Dr. Dre, Iggy Pop and Jill Scott to name just a few.

“We are drawn to Nirvana with each creative statement,” reveals the trilogy. “We are excited to have Dyson and LaRoda guiding our mothership. With them at the helm, we can continue to dance with the divine forces and manifest to our fullest.”

“As a collective, The SA-RA Creative Partners are an incredible fusion of talent. Individually, each artist is also his own shining star. They are 360 degree entertainers: dynamic producers, accomplished recording artists, fashion designers, and actors. Their brand is a culture movement, the SA-RA Movement, esoteric and exoteric,” states LaRoda.

“The new CD from The Sa-Ra Creative Partners is really just the tip of the iceberg,” cites Dyson. “The guys have the potential to literally change the scope of not only music, but fashion & lifestyle as well. The unique sensibilities they bring to their production efforts are just an inkling of the power they command and the respect they garner. We are ecstatic about the incredible possibilities at hand and look forward to announcing some great developments very soon.”
